What is sexual health psychology?

Sexual health psychology applies evidence-based psychological therapies to address concerns relating to sex, sexuality, relationships, and intimacy.
This approach is distinct from other disciplines involved in sexual healthcare. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, sexual health psychology aims to understand and treat the whole person, supporting meaningful and lasting improvements in sexual wellbeing.
